I facilitate 1 day workshops in Spain in the Barcelona area. The workshops usually centers around motherhood and pregnancy with different themes, such as: birth preparation, the first 40 days, movement in motherhood, empowered birth choices.

WHO AM I?

My name is Nanna, I am a Danish mother of two and a passionate yoga guide and motherhood counselor.

The core of everything I do is a huge love for and empowerment of mothers. I think mothers are the coolest in the world, honestly.. I think they deserve far more recognition and attention from the outside world than they get, so I am here to give my contribution to revolutionize how the postpartum and motherhood should be centered and celebrated.

The core of my work is also BODY and movement. I believe that body and mind are connected, and through this connection we can find ourselves, find our way in the world and thus also in motherhood.

I believe that many mothers are able to find gold right there behind the sleep deprivation and the enormous responsibility. In your body there is wisdom, there is softness and light, and there is the feeling of warm embrace and love. Maybe you just need a little guidance to open up and feel the magic.
