WHO AM I?
My name is Nanna, I am a Danish mother of two and a passionate yoga guide and motherhood counselor.
The core of everything I do is a huge love for and empowerment of mothers. I think mothers are the coolest in the world, honestly.. I think they deserve far more recognition and attention from the outside world than they get, so I am here to give my contribution to revolutionize how the postpartum and motherhood should be centered and celebrated.
The core of my work is also BODY and movement. I believe that body and mind are connected, and through this connection we can find ourselves, find our way in the world and thus also in motherhood.
I believe that many mothers are able to find gold right there behind the sleep deprivation and the enormous responsibility. In your body there is wisdom, there is softness and light, and there is the feeling of warm embrace and love. Maybe you just need a little guidance to open up and feel the magic.
MY VISION
I’m passionate about supporting you finding your flow and calm throughout the mess and joys of motherhood. In the everyday moments where it can be hard to find the time and space to move and feel into your body and yourself.
I am passionate about supporting you to stay grounded in the ever changing ambivalence and growth that follows with being a mother.
I am passionate about being a part of a paradigm shift, and creating a better world where women and mothers are leaders of their own practice, and where they are met by greater acknowledgement from the society when entering motherhood.
This work is a contribution to remind yourself and the world, that mothers are goddesses, that we need to protect and tribute, so that they can move out into the world full of confidence, joy, warmth and care, to share with their families and to share with themselves. Everything starts with a mother. Lets celebrate that!

Becoming a mother for the first time in 2020 when I was 23 and the first amongst my friends and family. Young and naive but also open and curious while discovering a world of pregnancy, birth, womanhood, motherhood and matrescence, both personally and professionally. I felt like so much suddenly made sense. I found myself.
Being pregnant while taking my first yoga education shaped my approach and understanding of yoga philosophy and practice
Becoming a mother once again 2,5 years later while taking the ‘Postpartum counselor’ education (In danish: Efterfødselsvejleder) and creating a network of other inspiring powerful women and mothers while gaining life changing knowledge on motherhood studies and how to support mothers.
Giving birth at home surrounded by women, and being taken by my storm once again of motherhoods ambivalence and unexpected emotions, feeling depleted and lost, and finding my way back again.
Continuing life learning of being a mother, talking with other mothers, discovering new chapters and eras and always being humble by all mothers enormous strength and vulnerability.
