Motherhood changes you.
Not just in the weeks after birth, but for years.

It reorganizes your body, your nervous system, your identity, your work, your relationships.

And yet most support ends long before that transformation does.
This is where I work.

I support mothers in the long arc of matrescence; through pregnancy, extended postpartum, identity shifts, depletion, desire, and the forever question of:

Who am I becoming now?

I dont want to push you to bounce back to anything. I dont want to optimize you and overwhelm you with advice. I want to help you build a version of motherhood rooted in regulation, softness, and honest self-respect.

This is not surface-level wellness, it is slow, embodied work.

WORKSHOPS

I facilitate 1 day workshops in Spain in the Barcelona area and Copenhagen. The workshops usually centers around motherhood and pregnancy with different themes, such as: Matrescence, the first 40 days, movement in motherhood, empowered birth choices, postpartum depletion and more.

THE MOTHERING MOVEMENT

A curated collection of existing resources, created over several years of motherhood, for mothers who long for support, movement, and reflection, without having to keep up or commit to anything ongoing.

Simply practices you can return to on the days when motherhood feels heavy, tender, confusing, or expansive.


I am hosting intimate Yoga/lets enjoy life retreats. it’s simply 4 days of pure pleasure and enjoying the good life in spain together.

WHO AM I?

My name is Nanna, I am a Danish mother of two and a passionate yoga guide and motherhood counselor.

The core of everything I do is a huge love for and empowerment of mothers. I think mothers are the coolest in the world, honestly.. I think they deserve far more recognition and attention from the outside world than they get, so I am here to give my contribution to revolutionize how the postpartum and motherhood should be centered and celebrated.

The core of my work is also BODY and movement. I believe that body and mind are connected, and through this connection we can find ourselves, find our way in the world and thus also in motherhood.

I believe that many mothers are able to find gold right there behind the sleep deprivation and the enormous responsibility. In your body there is wisdom, there is softness and light, and there is the feeling of warm embrace and love. Maybe you just need a little guidance to open up and feel the magic.
