I support mothers in the long arc of matrescence; through pregnancy, extended postpartum, identity shifts, depletion, desire, and the forever question of:

I dont want to push you to bounce back to anything. I dont want to optimize you and overwhelm you with advice. I want to help you build a version of motherhood rooted in regulation, softness, and personal leadership.
I don’t believe in surface-level wellness, when it comes to motherhood, we need slow, embodied work and hardcore prioritizing of YOU and your well-being.
What I’m offering:

I offer a selection of online self-paced courses, centering mother's experiences, from an extensive pregnancy course (in danish) to ‘Postpartum body’ focusing on reconnection practices and exploring softness and kindness towards yourself.
I also created ‘Postpartum Pleasure’ with Fanny Broholm, focusing on sexuality, intimacy and desire for mothers.
A curated collection of existing resources, created over several years of motherhood, for mothers who long for support, movement, and reflection, without having to keep up or commit to anything ongoing.
Simply practices you can return to on the days when motherhood feels heavy, tender, confusing, or expansive.

WHO AM I?
My name is Nanna, I am a Danish mother of two and a passionate yoga guide and motherhood counselor.
The core of everything I do is a huge love for and empowerment of mothers. I think mothers are the coolest in the world, honestly.. I think they deserve far more recognition and attention from the outside world than they get, so I am here to give my contribution to revolutionize how the postpartum and motherhood should be centered and celebrated.
The core of my work is also BODY and movement. I believe that body and mind are connected, and through this connection we can find ourselves, find our way in the world and thus also in motherhood.
I believe that many mothers are able to find gold right there behind the sleep deprivation and the enormous responsibility. In your body there is wisdom, there is softness and light, and there is the feeling of warm embrace and love. Maybe you just need a little guidance to open up and feel the magic.
