I took my strala yoga training when I first got pregnant, and the movements and philosophy behind shaped my way into motherhood. This has been my main go to practice all the way since, and now as a mother of two, the moments where I’ll do my floor parenting x strala yoga is some of those I will look back on in a couple of years missing and being proud of my self, for even on the hardest days, trying to choose calm in chaos. It's a forever practice, and I’m here to support you on the way, cause oh myyy how I’ve struggled to find the balance, and keep myself calm when everything seems so wildly messy.
