We all know the sleepless nights or the early early mornings, when your kids are crawling all over you and you just feel like a zombie.
I’ve created the ‘Melting on the floor’ series for mothers, combining floor parenting and Strala Yoga in a soft combo that allows you to connect to yourself, create some more space and find calm even on the days where you feel like pure survival. This will make it just feel a little bit better, and you can let your kids be around for it.
This is recorded on a day where I have not slept at all, I didn’t feel like doing yoga and I felt the day just had to be over with! BUT I moved and I recorded it all to share and make it all feel relatable and authentic, cause this is the mother life. We are all so tired!
But I’m here to support you in all of it.
